Donald Harris Smith's Obituary
Donald Harris Smith, 63, of Fredericksburg passed away Wednesday, April 4, 2012 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Donald was a member of Shilo Baptist Church (Old Site).
He is survived by his wife of more than 40 years, Venetta Lavonne Smith; two sons, Maurice Thomas Fauntleroy and Nathan Lamont Smith, both of Fredericksburg; two daughters, Venetta Kiana Smith and her husband, Anthony of Fredericksburg and Kiev Nelson and her husband, Eric of Spotsylvania County; two sisters, Brenda Evans and her husband, Earl of Fredericksburg and Loria Clipper and her husband, Maynard of Bowling Green; 12 grandchildren; six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Donald’s family will receive friends Monday, April 9, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Shiloh Baptist Church (Old Site), 801 Sophia Street, Fredericksburg with the Rev. Kevin Poole officiating. Interment will follow in Quantico National Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
