Dolores Jensen Cowart's Obituary
Dolores Jensen Cowart, 87, of Louisville, KY passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 24, 2017 in Fredericksburg, VA.
Dolores and her husband ran Cowart Construction Company, where she served as the business manager.
Dolores is survived by her children, Debra Cowart Steckler, of Fredericksburg, VA, David Cowart, of Louisville, KY, and Annette Cowart, of Atlanta, GA; and her grandchildren, Bryan, Roane, Joe, and Gincy.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Cowart; and her longtime companion, “D” Ramsey.
A mass at Holy Trinity in Louisville will be said in her honor at a later date. Interment will take place with her husband in Garfield, GA.
In lieu of flowers, Dolores’ family requests that donations be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1000 Dept. 142 Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
