Dianne Driscoll Clark's Obituary
After a long and courageous struggle, Dianne Clark of Culpeper passed away at home on Sunday, September 15, 2019. Born in Staunton, Virginia, the daughter of Gloria M. Driscoll and the late Richard F. Driscoll, Dianne and her family moved to Culpeper when she was a young girl. After attending Mary Washington College, Dianne returned to the Culpeper area where she worked in accounting. For many years Dianne was active in various community projects and charities, many of them associated with fundraising for the local hospital.
Dianne leaves behind her mother, Gloria M. Driscoll; her husband, Bruce T. Clark; her daughter, Chandler G. Clark; her son, Taylor R. Clark and his wife, Rachel and their daughter, Tallulah. She also leaves her sisters, Edith Anderson and her husband, Kenny, Patricia Carpenter and Cathy Robare together with her brother Richard F. Driscoll II and his wife, Jennette; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Those who were fortunate to have known Dianne will remember her as a fierce friend, a person who placed honesty above social grace and a true lady to the end. She will be missed.
The family will receive friends on Friday, September 27, 2019 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 1 p.m. at Precious Blood Catholic Church, 114 E. Edmondson St. Culpeper, VA with the Very Reverend Charles A. Hough, IV officiating.
