Delmar W. Lester “Jake”
Delmar W. Lester 72 passed away on October 9, 2008 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital.
He was born in Glade Springs Virginia to the late Hunter and Mattie Lester.
Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years Doris. Two sons; Delmar W. Lester Jr. of Gainesville Va., and Emory V. Lester and his wife Barbara of Barrie Ontario Canada; a brother Francis Lester of Callio Va. ;two sisters Virginia Neish and husband Lindy of Warrenton Va.; two grandchildren Justin E. Lester and Joshua W. Lester of Ontario Canada, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Monday, October 13,2008 from 10:00-11:00 am at Found and Sons Lee Funeral Chapel, 8521 Sudley Road, Manassas, Virginia. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am at the funeral chapel with Rev. Timothy Wilcox officiating. Interment will follow at Bright View Cemetery, Warrenton Virginia.
