Deirdre Michelle Stock's Obituary
Deirdre Michelle Stock, 46, of Culpeper passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2014 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. She was born April 16, 1968 in Warrenton to Bruno and Martha Wells Stock.
Deirdre put all of her time and energy in giving to her family and always put others first. She was a dedicated care giver to many in her family from birth to their last days and in her free time she enjoyed crafts, scrapbooking and gardening.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her nieces and nephews whom she loved and cherished as if they were her own children; Victor, Katlyn and Josephine Collings; one grandniece, Samantha Collings; two siblings, Dean Stock and his wife, Jennifer of Gordonsville and Deborah Collings and her husband, Troy of Culpeper; and aunts and uncles, Milton Wells of Culpeper, Carol Helmick of Bealeton, Robert Smith of Reston, Larry Stock of Bethesda, MD, Bernice Butler and her husband, Chris of Warrenton and Paul Smith and his wife, Ashraf of NC.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Annie E. Wells; paternal grandmother, Melissa E. Smith; cousin, Mary Anne Frazier; aunt, Nancy Ann McGraw; and great aunt, Meta Frances Wells.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at 2 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
