Debra Ann Yowell's Obituary
Debra Ann Yowell, 57, of Culpeper passed away peacefully October 1, 2014 at her residence with her husband and daughter sitting by her side.
Debra was born to this world on March 30, 1957 in Hagerstown, Maryland to Mr. Donald Lee Miller and the late Mrs. Jean Roselle Watson.
Debra was a mother, caregiver and friend who simply enjoyed the simple pleasures of taking evening walks through her neighborhood, always taking the time to socialize with her friends and neighbors, Debra truly lived a joyful and serene life.
Debra is survived by her husband Donald William Yowell and her three children; Amanda Yowell of Culpeper, Donnie Roop of Front Royal and Joshua Roop of Hagerstown, Maryland, three grandchildren, one biological sister Donna Taylor of Frederick, Maryland, and one sister, by marriage, Debbie Miller of York, Pennsylvania.
Debra is also survived by her father, Donald Lee Miller and his wife Joan Miller also of York, Pennsylvania and two loving Aunts; Aunt Joyce and Aunt Faye and her husband Francis the three of them residing in Maryland.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 1pm on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 in Fairview Cemetery.
