Deborah Sue Spivey's Obituary
Deborah Sue Spivey, 50 of Spotsylvania County, passed away Saturday January 4, 2014 at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center.
Deborah is survived by her husband of 30 years, Jimmy; a daughter, Kimberly H. Spivey and Fiancée Kody Arangio of the home; her son, Brian K. Spivey of the home; her parents, Mable and Glen Ryder of Spotsylvania; four brothers, Earnest S. Ryder and wife Terri of Spotsylvania, David Madison and wife Patricia of Corbin, Douglas R. Shelton of Spotsylvania and Michael W. Shelton and wife Tina of Georgia; two sisters, Carol A. Weedon and partner Kevin Perry of Spotsylvania and Betty J. Osborne-Acors and husband Wayne of Caroline County and numerous nieces and nephews.
Deborah’s family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 9, 2014 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels – Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 10, 2014 in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers Deborah’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations in her name to the American Kidney Fund, 6110 Executive Blvd., Suite 1010, Rockville, MD 20852.
