Deborah J. Morris, 73, of Culpeper, VA, passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at Culpeper Health and Rehab Center.
She was born January 31, 1952 to the late Oliver Price Morris and Mildred Butler Morris in Reedsville, NC.
Deborah is survived by her sister, Donna Powell; nephew, Josh Powell; great nephew, Dayton Powell; uncle, Shirley Black; cousin, Vickie Black; and a host of extended family and friends.
