Dean F. Norris' Obituary
Dean Franklin Norris, 78 of Fredericksburg, formerly of Red Lion Pa. passed away Friday, September 13, 2013 at home surrounded by his loving family.
Dean earned his Bachelor’s degree from the Lebanon Valley College and worked as a tax accountant for the state of Pennsylvania for many years.
He served in the US Army and was a member of the American Legion Post # 1001 in Harrisburg.
He is survived by his two daughters; Dori Barkby of Hellam Township and Dina Roth of Fredericksburg, VA; his son, Dan Dickey of York, PA; a brother, Donald Norris and his wife Louise of Harrisburg; a sister, Helen Manspeaker of York, PA.
Dean was preceded in death by his sister Theda Hamme.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday September 17 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel – Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Rd., Fredericksburg, VA.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday September 18 at Quantico National Cemetery, 18424 Joplin Road, Triangle, VA 22172.
