On Saturday, July 15, 2023, a kind and gentle heart stopped beating, that of David Ray Rouse. David passed away at his daughter’s home. He was 65.
David is survived by his parents, Walter and Carol Rouse; his daughter, Tammy Lowe; his son, David Rouse II; his brother, Rick; his sisters, Cheryl Rouse and Kelly Lakins; and eight grandchildren.
