David Lee Kilby's Obituary
David Lee Kilby, 59, of Madison died Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Novant Health UVA Health System Culpeper Medical Center. He was born October 29, 1958 in Charlottesville to the late Otha and Bernice Ruffner Kilby.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Ann Kilby; two daughters, Quiera K. Kilby and Tiffany N. Kilby; five siblings, William Kilby, Sr. (Paula), Clyde Kilby (Joyce), Larry Kilby (Phyllis), Carl Kilby and Eunice Kilby; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved dog and sidekick, Kako.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Mount Calvary Baptist Church, Haywood, VA, with Rev. Ludwell Brown officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery with military honors provided by Culpeper VFW Post 2524.
