My condolences to the family. Dave was a great mentor to me throughout our time at work and outside of work. It took a while for his passing to hit home with me. He was always so calm and collective when I was not even close. His demeanor really started to rub off on me. We only seemed to get closer as we went on fishing trips. He is the main reason for me getting a kayak so that I could float the river with him and his son, Josh. Thanx Dave, the wife got a little pissy, so I just told her it was your fault, HAHA. My fondest memory was the first time we got to float the Shenandoah river together. No sooner then we got on the water, after Dave yappin for 30 minutes, he lost his brand new fishin pole in the first 2 minutes. His reaction was one you had to be there for, but for me was a classic. I will greatly miss the trips not to come, and my friend.
