Darcel S. Clayton, 59, of Fredericksburg passed away Thursday, May 4, 2017 at Mary Washington Hospital with her family by her side. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family. Darcel is survived by her husband, Thom Read Obituary
I went to school with Darcel. She was a wonderful competitive athlete and was well liked by her peers. I know that she will be missed by family and friends.

I can still see her running around on the field at Maury in first grade with ger long blonde hair flying behind her. She was always the same no matter how long it had been since i had seen her. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you during this trying time.
