The man provided me with a job more than once. If I needed help financially I could ask and Bonnie always took care of me. At the Christmas dinner Danny said to me..."drop by the farm some time"..... I wish I would have. Bonnie and Donnie, I am so sorry for your loss. You will see him again.
Mack
I have known the Scott family for many years. My dad Jim and Danny were/are best friends. When Donnie and I were growing up our families spent the weekends together, either at there house or ours. Bonny and Donnie, I know that this will be a hard time for you both please know that he is your angel now and will still continue to watch you and guide you. If you need anything please let me know

Danny was an awesome guy. I meet him when I cut a tree down and it fell on his fence. Well to start I was told by the people that owned the house when we bought it that he was a angry guy. Well after the tree incident I got up the nerve to go down there and knock on the door. Well this guy with this hat answered the door, and I introduced myself as the new neighbor. Well as I told him about the fence he said dont worry about it, I have a couple guys on the farm that will take care of the fence. I said no give me a week and I will get it fixed . Well a couple days later the fence was fixed. So time went by and we would see each other and say hi. Then as I took my son down to introduce the 2 guys we started just going down to hang out and talk cars, or what ever. I then had a motor at the machine shop and Danny said let me help you put it back together and so I took the motor down there and what a mentor he was to me. Not only did we become friends but I learned so much from this wonderful guy that has and will always be my friend. Well the motor never got done yet but I know when it does I am going to step outside and look up at the stars and see Danny looking at me and I will show him the biggest smile, because he help me get the motor together. I noticed he was smiling at me the last time I saw him and that is what I want to remember along with the great and fun memories. Danny dont forget that I will be going fishing with you some day. Love ya man

I'll never forget the first day i started working for him in 1994. I was hired as the shop's clean up boy!! There under a truck was this red headed rough and tough looking man putting a clutch in a truck i went up to the truck and asked him if i could help knowing dam well i never done that stuff before. So his response to that was go find something else to do like take out the trash, mop the floor something other than bother him! But it wasn't long after that i got MY chance to learn the ropes from the MAN we knew as Dan!
You will be missed!!!
