Danny Gomez's Obituary
Danny Eugene Gomez, Sr. 62, of Mineral died Thursday, October 4, 2007 at his home.
He was born in Montana to the late George and Edith Gomez.
Danny worked at Pitkins for approximately 20 years and did home improvement for more than 30 years. His love for fishing was unbelievable just as his love for his family. He also enjoyed hunting and dancing. Danny will be sorely missed by everyone. He was a member of Moose Lodge and B.A.S.S.
Danny is survived by his wife, Barbara Gomez; his children, Danny E. Gomez and his wife, Jennifer of Spotsylvania, Maria Theresa Kelley and her husband, Patrick of Woodbridge, Stephen Fink and his wife, Amanda of Richmond, Kendra Fink of Falls Church and Nicholas Fletcher of Mineral; his grandchildren, Danny E. Gomez, III, Carrie A. Gomez, Candace M. Gomez and Benjamin T. Kelley and several beloved friends.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 13, 2007 at 2:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, corner of Courthouse Road and Southpoint Parkway.
