Daniel Mark Johnson's Obituary
Daniel Mark Johnson, age 38, of Spotsylvania, VA died unexpectedly on May 26, 2021. Born January 13, 1983 in Virginia Beach, VA, Daniel was a drummer, gamer, fan of Batman, Seinfeld, Monty Python, dog lover, movie buff, and was, in his own words, Hair Club for Men poster boy. He was a beloved son and brother who enjoyed family get togethers and never missed a birthday. He worked at various times as a retail clerk for Starbucks, Publix, Giant, and FasMart.
Daniel is survived by his father Mark Johnson, stepmother Darlene Johnson of Spotsylvania; brother Adam and his wife Stephanie of Stafford; brother Caleb of Tennessee; step-siblings Scott Schrack, and his wife Katie, of Georgia; Emily Schrack of North Carolina, grandfather Henry Johnson of Culpeper, and numerous relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother Emily Johnson, and grandmothers Lois Johnson and Lida Duvic.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 5, 2021 at the Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the American Heart Association.
