Corine Emma Clapper's Obituary
Corine Emma Clapper, 72, of Stafford County passed away at her home, Thursday, January 24, 2013.
She was born July, 24, 1940 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Mr. and Mrs. Walter Frazier.
Mrs. Clapper retired in 2002 from Rappahannock Area Community Services Board, after 20 years of service. She enjoyed reading, puzzles and spending time with her family.
Corine is survived by her three children, Meredith Brooks and her husband, Dean Payne of Stafford, Suzannah Clapper of Spotsylvania County and James Clapper of the home; two grandsons, Julian Brooks and his wife, Kinzie and Jeffrey Payne and one great-granddaughter, Alexandria Brooks.
Corine’s family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 pm. Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg with a funeral service following at 12:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, Corine’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Rappahannock Adult Activities, Inc., 750 Kings Highway, Fredericksburg, VA 22405.
