Coralyn Rose Jenkins' Obituary
Coralyn "Cori" Rose Jenkins, 33, of Culpeper, passed away at her home on Saturday, March 14, 2026. She was born May 14, 1992, in Prince William County to Crystal Renee Roberts and David Michael Zigler.
Cori was a light to everyone who knew her. She had a bright, unforgettable smile and a gentle kindness that made people feel instantly welcome and loved. Her spirit was adventurous, her heart was generous, and she carried a quiet strength and faith that never wavered, even through life’s hardest battles.
Family was the center of Cori's world. She was a devoted wife and an incredibly loving mother who poured her whole heart into raising her children. She took great pride in teaching, guiding, and nurturing them, creating a home filled with love, laughter, and encouragement. Her children were her greatest joy and her proudest accomplishment.
Cori was actively involved in a local homeschool community, where she built lasting friendships and found joy in learning and growing alongside other families. Her warmth, positivity, and gentle spirit left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
She is survived by her loving husband, Michael Glenn Jenkins; her cherished children, Alaina Renee Jenkins, Michael Alexander-Glenn Jenkins, Gabriel Lucas Jenkins, Hallie Marie Jenkins, and Allyson Nicole Jenkins; her mother, Crystal Renee Roberts (Rick Kilbourn); her father, David Zigler; brothers, Steven Halsey (Alayna Riddle) Kevin Halsey, and Robert Halsey; maternal grandparents, Sharon Lane and William Plough II; paternal grandparents, Rich and Tina Zigler; her uncle who was more like a brother, Billy Plough (Breezy Helton); aunt, Michelle Marion; cousins who were her sisters, Becky Roberts (Sam Zak), Tina Powers (Tim) and Anna Smith; along with many additional family members and dear friends whose lives were touched by her love.
Cori was preceded in death by her beloved son, Owen Christopher Jenkins.
Though her time here was far too short, Cori's beautiful spirit, radiant smile, and unwavering love for her family will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of Coralyn’s life will be held on May 16, 2026 at Mt Lebanon Baptist Church, Boston VA
