Constance Douzanes Odegaard's Obituary
Constance (Connie) Odegaard, 87, of Fredericksburg passed away Monday, February 25, 2013 at her home.
She loved her grandchildren, cooking and taking care of the home.
Connie is survived by her daughter, Barbra Zaccagnino and her husband, Aaron of Fredericksburg; her son, Dr. Craig Smith and his wife, Maribeth of Georgia; four grandchildren, Adam and his wife, Julie, Samantha, Craig and his wife, Crystal and Robert; and one sister, Helen Yomine of Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. J. Arden Odegaard.
The family will receive visitors from 4:00-9:00 p.m., Friday, March 1, 2013 at the residence.
In lieu of flowers, Connie’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the SPCA of Fredericksburg, 10819 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.
