Clyde Thomas Page's Obituary
Clyde Thomas Page, 73 of Spotsylvania, died Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
Clyde worked as a carpenter for many years, loved sports and playing the lottery.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Brenda S. Page; three daughters, Laura McGinnis of Richmond, Cynthia Sadler of Spotsylvania and Mickie Jett of Woodbridge; his son, Thomas G. Page of Spotsylvania; three brothers, Bearl Page and George Page both of Maryland and Frank Page of Georgia; three sisters, Dorothy Martin of Georgia, Faye Miller of Appomattox and Patricia Hillage of Maryland; six grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and his special granddaughter, Aleah.
Clyde was preceded in death by his parents; Thomas and Lucille Page and his two sisters, Joyce Ann and Bessie.
A funeral service will be held at 7pm, Saturday April 21, 2012 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel – Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg with the Chaplain Robert Shultz officiating. The family will receive friends following the service until 9pm. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Clyde’s name be made to the Mary Washington Hospice, 5012 Southpoint Parkway Fredericksburg, VA 22407 or to the American Cancer Society, Fredericksburg/Spotsy Unit, c/o Trudy Clifton, 113 Tall Pines Avenue, Locust Grove, Virginia 22508
