Cloa Hounshell's Obituary
Cloa Hounshell, 94, of Spotsylvania County passed away peacefully Friday, August 18, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family.
Cloa is survived by her four daughters, Dorlas Dotson and her husband, Duval of Manassas, Linda Seale and her husband, Roger of Fishersville, Judy Sullivan and her husband, Milton “Skip” of Spotsylvania, and Laura Kelly and her husband, Darren of Louisa; two sons, Larry Hounshell of Spotsylvania and Ricky Hounshell and his wife, Kay of Mineral; two sisters, Dorothy Steele of Goode, VA and Jean Boggs of Tennessee; brother, Clinton “Boe” and his wife, Brenda of Crimora, VA; ten grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by husband, Remus Hounshell; a son, Donald Hounshell; and two granddaughters, Stephanie and Tara Hounshell.
Cloa’s family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Friday, August 25, 2017 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will begin at 12:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
