Clarence "Sonny" Brown Jr.'s Obituary
Clarence “Sonny” Brown, Jr., 66, of King George County went to be with the Lord Thursday, December 08, 2016.
Sonny retired from the Naval Space Command at NSWC-Dahlgren after 35 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Gary, and two sisters, “Boo” and “Joanie”.
Sonny is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Debbie, his children, a son, Bryan and his wife Brenda, a daughter, Cynthia, son Michael and his wife Catherine, five grandchildren, a sister, Irene, two brothers, Larry and Lee, numerous other extended family, including his special cousins.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels of Fredericksburg, 10719 Courthouse Rd, Fredericksburg. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 15, 2016 in Culpeper National Cemetery, 502 Chandler Ave, Culpeper.
In lieu of flowers, Sonny’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network at pancan.org.
