Christopher Wayne Johnson's Obituary
Christopher Wayne Johnson, 41, of Culpeper passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018 at his residence. He was born February 28, 1976 in Huntsville, AL to Paul Wayne Johnson and Sheryl Jackson Cosgrove.
After attending Stonewall Jackson High School in Manassas, Chris became an electrician.
Chris is survived by his son, Tyler Wayne Johnson and grandson, Ty Johnson both of Manassas; his mother, Sheryl Lynn Cosgrove and husband, Donald of Culpeper; his father, Paul W. Johnson and wife, Linda of Manassas; brothers, Kenneth N. Johnson of Little Washington, Benjamin T. Cosgrove of Culpeper and wife, Jennifer of Summerduck, Johnathon P. Cosgrove and fiancé, Tanya Dodson both of Culpeper, and Aaron M. Cosgrove and significant other, Jamie Vencill of Summerduck; grandfathers, Francis C. Johnson of Princeton, TX and Edward Neal Jackson of Grant, AL; special friends, Trish Gillan and Sarah Graham; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Chris is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Myrtle L. Johnson and Connie Sue Jackson and two special friends, Larry Jackson and Travis Graham.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 17 at 1 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper.
A memorial service will follow Saturday, February 17, 2018, beginning at 2 p.m.
In remembrance of Chris, please wear bright pink to his services.
A time of fellowship will be held at the VFW Post 2524 immediately following the service.
