Christine Timbers' Obituary
Christine Virginia Dodson Timbers, 58, of Etlan VA lost her battle with pancreatic cancer on Sunday, January 30, 2011. Christine was born on February 12, 1952 in Charlottesville, VA, daughter of the late Charles William and Adelaide Virginia Brown Dodson.
Christine was a member of F.T. Baptist Church. She was also passionate about being a bus driver for over 30 years for Rappahannock Co. Schools.
She is survived by her husband, Bobbie L. Timbers; two children, Justin Wayne Corbin and Shelly N. Timbers; one sister, Darlene Updike; two grandchildren, Jacob A. Corbin and Hannah E. Timbers, numerous nephews and niece and Dena M. Deal whom she thought of as a second daughter.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Elvis Dodson.
A memorial and praise of life service will be held at a later date.
