Chester Jack Weaver Jr's Obituary
Chester “Jack” Weaver, Jr., 79 of Boston, VA died Sunday, March 28, 2010 at Culpeper Regional Hospital. He was born December 4, 1930 in Rappahannock County to the late Chester Jackson and Dorothy Brown Weaver.
Jack was the Bingo manager and member of the Salem Fire Department as well as a member of the V.F.W. and Eagles Club. He enjoyed bowling, gardening, horseshoes and softball.
He is survived by his wife, Marion E. Weaver, three children, Chester F. Weaver and his wife, Lisa, Gary L. Weaver and his wife, Maureen, and Michael T. Weaver, two sisters, Dottie Beck and her husband, Roy, and Betty Burke and her husband, Bill.
Additional survivors include eight grandchildren, Shannon Logan, Teddy Weaver and his wife, Melissa, Michelle Weaver, Erin Weaver- Huffman and her husband, Eddie, Keith Weaver, Jeremy Weaver and his wife, Stephanie, Danielle Weaver, Dalton Weaver and six great grandchildren, Justin Stewart, Kodi Logan, Devon Weaver, Trevor Logan, Ethan Weaver and Elyssa Huffman.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 1, 2010 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 2, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Pastor Jeff Light officiating.
Interment will follow in Culpeper National Cemetery (New) with military honors provided by Culpeper American Legion Post #330 and V.F.W. Post #2524.
Pallbearers will be his grandchildren, Teddy Weaver, Keith Weaver, Jeremy Weaver, Danielle Weaver, Dalton Weaver and Eddie Huffman.
