Cheryl Clemons' Obituary
Cheryl Wood Clemons, 56, of Montross died Thursday, Aug. 17, 2006, as a result of an automobile accident. Cherie was raised in Alexandria but has been a resident of Montross for the last 30 years. Cherie is well known in the community as a school bus driver and wedding cake decorator for many years. She is also well known by many as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, being a member of the Montross Congregation for 30 years. Cherie will be truly missed by all that knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Clemons; her mother, Mary Wood of Bristow; sisters Cindy Kenny and her husband, Glenn, of Nokesville and Nancy Osborne and her husband, Steve, of Spotsylvania County; her four sons, Michael Butler and his wife, Jennifer and granddaughters Haley and Lacey of Fredericksburg; Sean Butler and his wife, April, of San Antonio; Jared Clemons and his wife, Karen, and grandsons Tyler and Trevor, of Montross; Jeremy Clemons of Tappahannock and his wife, Lisa, and granddaughter Chloe; nephews Byron Wood and his wife, Ronnie, of Bristow and Cody Osborne of Spotsylvania; and a niece, Krissie Kenny of Nokesville.
The family will receive friends at Found & Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service at the corner of Courthouse Road and Southpoint Parkway in Fredericksburg on Sunday, Aug. 20, from 5 to 9 p.m. A funeral will be Monday, Aug. 21, at 2 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Montross. Burial will follow in Foneswood Cemetery.
