Not a day goes by that I do not think of you, loved by all and always going the extra mile when it was not needed. I first met you at a similar workplace of Cablevision, from what started as us joking, then continuing as we would fall in love and eventually marry. Since you have passed it seems that life has been on a downhill as I have lost a part of myself. Although death did us part I still feel tethered and tied to you, continuing to pray and seek guidance from you. I will never forget you, and never stop loving you. May the heavens cherish all that we've shared and save a place for me when I arrive.

Cherice and I became friends in 1977 when we were in preschool and we graduated together in 1988 from Dunbar school together. Always sweet, friendly and funny. She had a cute laugh and loved her friends and family. I will miss her and I will pay for you all. Kinshasa C. Alston
I met Cherice when I transferred to Central back in 1991- being the new girl her sister Monique and Ms. Cherice were nice and took me in to their circle of friends.. here it is 22 years later and I can say that we reconnected and she was a true friend to the end. I will miss her dearly....
