Chelsea Elizabeth Smith's Obituary
Chelsea Elizabeth Smith, 23, of Culpeper, VA, was suddenly called home to be with the Lord on September 19, 2015. Chelsea was born on August 8, 1992 at Culpeper Regional Hospital.
Chelsea being only 23 had a huge heart and would help anyone in need. She obtained her CNA license at the age of 17 so that she could help others. Some of the things she loved were the outdoors, all animals, especially her horses, flowers and music. But the most important thing in her life was family. She always tried to keep her family close. She was very unique and free spirited and always tried to live life to the fullest. She always had a smile on her face that would light up any room she walked into. She had friends of all ages and anyone that knew her loved her. She will be missed by many.
Chelsea is survived by her mother, Kimberly Smith and father, Martin Jones of Madison, VA; biological father, Randall Ramey of Romney, WV; her maternal grandmother, Patricia Hale; step-grandfather, Kimball Knowler of Culpeper, VA; two sisters, Taylor Smith and Nevaeh Jones; and one brother, Jacobe’ Jones, all of Madison, VA; her aunt Angela Smith of Orange, VA; her uncle, Matthew “Brett” Woodward of Rixeyville, VA; cousins, Brandi Alfred, Kyndal Alfred and Jayden Johnson, all of Culpeper. She also leaves behind many other family members and close friends.
Her maternal great grandparents, Johnny Elliott and Elizabeth Elliott preceded her in death.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 from 6 to 8 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 11 am at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ron Young officiating.
Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery.
