Chase Allen Brooks' Obituary
Chase Allen Brooks, infant son of Christina Wine and Eric Brooks, passed away and became our angel Monday, December 14, 2015.
In addition to his parents, Chase is survived by his brother, Aiden Brooks; sister, Layla Brooks; paternal grandparents, Gina and Larry Brooks; maternal grandparents, Betty and Jimmy Wine; and a host of extended family.
Services will be private.
