Charlotte Virginia Lillard, age 74, born on April 25, 1935 , passed away on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at Prince William Hospital.
Survivors include three step-children, Patricia A. Kenyan of Front Royal, VA; H. Steve Lillard of Middleburg, VA; Richard A. Lillard and wife, JoAnn of WI; three sisters, Barbara L. Pilson of Frederick, MD; Ruby Baer of Frederick, MD; Joyce L. Rosner and husband, Charles of Keymar, MD; three brothers, Kenneth W. Remsburg of Frederick,MD; Harold Remsburg and wife, Mary of Vine Grove, KY; Gary E. Remsburg and companion, Margaret Holt of Fredrick, MD; four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 from 10:00 am till 12:00 pm with a 12:00 pm funeral service at Found and Sons Lee Funeral Chapel, 8521 Sudley Road, Manassas, VA 20109. Interment to follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens, 12004 Lee Hwy, Manassas, VA 20109.
