Charles William Tallman
Charles William Tallman, 79, of Culpeper died Wednesday, May 16, 2007 at his residence. He was born November 3, 1927 in Hartford, Connecticut to the late Eileen Abbott Tallman.
Mr. Tallman served his country in the United States Navy and was a World War II Veteran. He was a devoted catholic and enjoyed playing drums, listening to music, dancing and laughing. He was a member of the VFW in Plainfield, Connecticut.
He is survived by his wife of fifty seven years, Mary Ethel Tallman, his children, Gary Tallman and his wife, Linda of Jewett City, CT, Cheryl Foust and her husband, Glenn of Norwich, CT, Charles Tallman and his wife, Linda of Jeffersonton, VA, and Beth Kelley and her husband, James of Weltersbach, Germany.
Additional survivors include one sister, Eileen Blain of Lake of the Woods and six grandchildren, Kristi Hartman, Jeremy Foust, Jennifer Tallman, Corey Tallman, Shawn Kelley, and Brian Kelley.
A private service will be held at Precious Blood Catholic Church.
