Charles Weeks,Jr.'s Obituary
Charles William Leo Weeks, Jr., 63, of Rixeyville, died Sunday, September 5, 2010 at his residence. He was born February 3, 1947 in Warrenton to the late Charles William Weeks, Sr. and the late Edith Frances Fletcher Weeks.
Mr. Weeks was employed for many years as a heavy equipment operator. He particularly enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Jean Weeks, his daughter, Michelle Dawn, and his son, Charles W. Weeks, III, all of Rixeyville. He is also survived by a grandchild, Joseph Cooper, Jr. Additional survivors include three sisters, Virgie Fishback, Sharon Jenkins and Judy Voice, a brother, William Weeks, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Frances Allen.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 8, 2010 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, Virginia.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, September 9, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Pastor Jim Loughry officiating.
Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Bealeton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to the Weeks Family, c/o Found and Sons Funeral Chapel.
