Charles Himes
Charles David Himes, 68, of King George died Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at Mary Washington Hospital.
Charles loved NASCAR and the Washington Redskins.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia R. Himes; three children, Barbara Markham and her finance, Curly Collins of Spotsylvania, Tammie Toombs of Orange and Sue Taylor of King George; seven grandchildren, Burgundy Markham, Samuel Markham, Racheal Markham, Bobby Toombs, III, Matthew Toombs, Elizabeth Toombs and Victoria Toombs.
The family will receive friends Sunday, September 10, 2006 from 1:00-2:00 pm with a service to be held 2:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, corner of Courthouse Road and Southpoint Parkway with the Rev. Dennis Newton officiating. Casual dress is suggested.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Patricia Himes, c/o Found and Sons Funeral Chapels, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22407.
