Charles "Charlie" George Yager was born in Alanthus, Virginia on May 13, 1924 to the union of Willie Robert Yager and Mary Belle Jackson Yager. He passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2019 after a long illness.
He leaves to mourn his death, and cherish his memory, his devoted partner of over 40 years, Mae Kinsey; her children, James, Cathy, Charles, Jeffrey, Eddy; and several loving nieces and nephews.
A graveside inurnment will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Culpeper National Cemetery, 305 US Ave. Culpeper, VA with military honors.
