Charles and Mary Lohmann's Obituary
Charles Edward Lohmann, Sr., 73, of Culpeper, passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2024 at Culpeper Hospital. He was born September 21, 1951 to the late Gustave’ Lohmann and Ethel Gates Lohmann in Quantico, VA.
Mary Susan Lohmann, 70, of Culpeper, VA passed away Friday, January 10, 2025 at her residence surrounded by family. She was born October 22, 1954 to the late Walter Perry Taylor, Sr. and Mary Taylor Striker in Arlington, VA.
They are survived by their children, Nicholas Lohmann (Spring) and Charles E. Lohmann, Jr. (Sarah); grandchildren, Brooke, Christian, Meadow, and Tatiana Lohmann; Mary Sue’s sister, Amber Stennett (Dennis); and a host of extended family and friends.
Charles and Mary Sue are preceded in death by their parents; Charles’ brother, Tom Lohmann; and Mary Sue’s brothers, Perry Taylor and Frank Taylor.
A memorial service for both of them will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701.
Inurnment will follow immediately at Fairview Cemetery.
