Cathy Hall's Obituary
Cathy Jo Hall, 54, of King George County died unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, March 21, 2007.
She was born October 23, 1952 in Alexandria, VA. She was the daughter of the late Harry E. Darr. Jr. of King George.
Cathy was a loving and devoted daughter, mother and wife. She had been working at Giant Food Park and Shop in the deli for 30 years. Cathy had many customers that she called her regulars.
Mrs. Hall had a smile that could light up a room. Cathy also went above and beyond for her family and friends. She loved to plan parties and have family events like Easter egg hunting and Christmas Eve.
Mrs. Hall had a big heart and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her husband, of 19 years, Ronald E. Ronnie Hall; two daughters, D. Blair-Baughman and her husband, Chad and Kacey Diaz and her husband, Lucas; her mother, Joyce Darr; five grandchildren, Logan, Gavin and Mason Baughman and Tyler and Jackie Diaz; three sisters, Patty Sullivan and her husband, Fred, Susie Peregory and Amber Taylor and her husband, Keith; two brothers, Harry E. Billy Darr, III and Mike Darr and his wife, Wendy; two nieces, Sarah Darr and Carley Peregory; five nephews, Sean Darr, Travis and Troy Taylor, Quinton and Tommy Sullivan; four great nieces, Kitty, Kember, Tory and Ren Sullivan and a great nephew, Joseph Sullivan.
Pallbearers will be, Melvin Heflin, Fred Sullivan, Quinton Sullivan, Tommy Sullivan, Troy Sullivan and Chad Baughman.
The family will receive friends Sunday, March 25, 2007 from 4:00-6:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, corner of Courthouse Road and Southpoint Parkway. A funeral service will be held Monday, March 26, 2007 at 11:00 am at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends are invited to a reception following burial at the Elks Lodge #875.
