Catherine Ann Slemp's Obituary
Catherine Ann Feagan Slemp, 62, of Fredericksburg, passed away Monday, August 1, 2022 at The Fauquier Hospital in Warrenton, VA. She was born August 13, 1959 to the late Allen Francis Feagan and the late Catherine Ann Mastin Feagan in Remington, VA.
Catherine was a Post Mistress for the U.S. Federal Government. She served in the Richardsville, Mitchells and Casanova post office locations.
Catherine is survived by her two brothers, Charles Feagan and his wife Linda and Allen Feagan and his wife Valerie; one brother-in-law, Barry Van Pelt; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In addition to her parents, Catherine is preceded in death by her son, Nilan Slemp and her sister, Martha Van Pelt.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 8, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Richardsville United Methodist Church, 29235 Richards Ferry Road, Richardsville, VA with Pastor Jim Ayres officiating.
Interment will follow funeral services at Richardsville United Methodist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Brandon Feagan, Chris Feagan, Gary Walker, George Walker, Don Martin, and James Mastin.
