I had the pleasure of working with Cathy at Fire Station 34. She was a quiet and gentle soul. My heart has been heavy since hearing this news Friday. We lost a wonderful person. My heart felt sympathy goes out to Ryan, JD and her entire family. I will never forget her!

I never met Kathy but i knew her through family how sweet and good she was.I know the love her and Eddie had was true love .My sister loved her daughter in law so very much .i so wish id met her .I dont live close .but i do love her through my family and my Prayers for Eddie and her family for her loss and sending love .she is a Beautiful Woman .Heaven gained a Beautiful Angel .
Well I met this beautiful Angel oneday as she came with my little brother Eddie to a Christmas dinner and I will never forget that beautiful warm loving spirit she had and such a beautiful smile and so pretty.I can tell you she was a blessing to meet and more of a blessing when she became a part of our family.I know God sent her into my brothers life to show him that love is beautiful kind loving and what a true love they had for each other and I know will live on forever even tho with sadness in our hearts as she gained her wings when God carried her home that day.Cathy was so loving and so amazing and inspiring and what a fighter she was through the Cancer all she went through but her she was getting tired and God knew it was time for peace so rest in peace my beautiful sis as you always would say it's so hard to believe such a beautiful Angel gone way to soon.My heart and prayers are with my brother Eddie and the Leary family I'm so sorry for your loss ,God give you strength and comfort through this very difficult time.Love and Godbless you all.Cathy flyhigh beautiful Angel untill we meet again,
