Cassandra Gail Hamilton-Dotson's Obituary
Cassandra “Casey” Hamilton-Dotson, 40, of Fredericksburg passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2019.
Casey loved her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed drawing and writing poetry. Casey loved to make people laugh, always being the comedian of the group. She was a great makeup artist, and animal lover, especially her cat, Lilly, aka, Little Bug.
Casey is survived by her mother, Geraldine Serrano; three children, Jesse Dotson, Michael Hamilton, Jr., and Nevaeh Hamilton; two grandchildren, Michael Hamilton, III, and Alyssabeth Hamilton; sisters, Sherri Dotson, and Brandi Dotson; brothers, Ricky Hall, Brian Hall, and Raymond Dotson, Jr.; stepmother, Carol Dotson; paternal grandmother, Shirley Dotson; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond E. Dotson, Sr.
Services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, Casey’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the SPCA of Fredericksburg, 10819 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.
