Carol Dymphna Lester's Obituary
Carol D. Lester (age 80) departed her mortal life to joyfully be with her Lord on 27 September 2023.
Carol's two greatest loves were the Catholic church and a little white Westie named "Myah," who has patiently been waiting on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge for Carol's return.
Carol is survived by 13 nieces and nephews and their families.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin F. and Rosa Lee Lester; two brothers, Benjamin Jr. and Herman Lester; and one sister, Lelia Ann Wayland.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, 05 October at 11:00 AM at Mount Comfort Cemetery in Alexandria, VA.
Carol's wish was that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Fredericksburg SPCA.
