Carlos Juan Rodriguez's Obituary
Carlos Juan Rodriguez, 61, of Fredericksburg passed away Friday, October 12, 2012 at his home.
Carlos was an Army veteran. He loved Jesus and had the heart of a pastor. He was a very generous man and would give the shirt off of his back to anyone in need.
Carlos was an entrepreneur and owned his own HVAC Company. He was an avid NASCAR fan and even enjoyed playing NASCAR video games with his grandchildren.
Carlos is survived by his wife of 43 years, Wanda Rodriguez; three daughters, Ivy Serrano and her husband, Manny of Pennsylvania, Cindy Rodriguez Pena and her husband, Andreas of New Jersey and Wandy Rodriguez of Fredericksburg; two sons, Charlie Rodriguez of New Jersey and Alex Rodriguez of Fredericksburg; seven grandchildren, that adored their grandfather, Danny, Bagel, C.J., J.J., Darien, Lala, and Vaca; five brothers; three sisters; numerous nieces and nephews as well as a host of other family members and close friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Flaco.
Carlos’ family will receive friends from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Thursday, October 18, 2012 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, VA.
