Broaddus Woodrow Stanley's Obituary
Broaddus Woodrow Stanley, 75, of Spotsylvania County passed away Sunday, November 3, 2013.
Broaddus worked at Greenline Service for 27 years. He enjoyed camping, riding golf carts, all things John Deere; and was exceptionally fond of his girls, Geraldine, Debbie, Robyn and Makaila.
Broaddus is survived by his wife of 58 years, Geraldine; his daughter, Debbie Carter of Spotsylvania; granddaughter, Robyn Dunivan and her husband, Derick of Louisa; grandson, Jason Jones of Caroline County; five great grandchildren, Makaila, Cameron, Jade, Selena and Bobby; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gloris and Ida Mae Stanley; two brothers, Oakland Marshall and Garnett Stanley and a grandson, Bobby Jones, Jr.
Broaddus’ family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 7, 2013 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery.
