Brendan Paul Woolbert's Obituary
Brendan Paul Woolbert, of Fredericksburg, VA formerly of Bradford, Massachusetts passed away suddenly at age 25 at home after long illnesses on August 22, 2022.
Brendan is survived by his loving and devoted parents, Paul K. and Kerri A. Woolbert; his brother, Griffin M.; and sisters, Grace I. and Maeve K., all at home. Brendan is also survived by his loving grandmother, Dyane F. Milligan of Medford, Massachusetts; aunt and godmother, Laurie E. Lawler and uncle, Brian Lawler of Andover, Massachusetts; cousins, Meredith, Madison and Olivia Lawler; uncle and godfather, James M. Woolbert and Rachel Woolbert of Wilmington, Massachusetts; cousins, Alex, Devon and Samantha Woolbert; aunt, Traci A. Woolbert of Medford; uncle, Kenneth H. Johns and Cheryl of Ashland, New Hampshire; uncle, Kevin J. Johns and Lisa Johns of Derry, New Hampshire; and cousins, Sabrina, Tyler and Devin. Also survived by countless friends, great aunts, uncles, and cousins, in Virginia and Massachusetts; and his great-great aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his beloved grandmother, Patricia M. Johns and great-grandmother, Dorothy I. Hoyt of Reading, Massachusetts.
Brendan will be forever loved and remembered for his undying love for his parents, brother and sisters. He will be remembered for his strength, resilience and courage facing all his extreme medical issues and traumas his health brought him throughout his 25 years of life. His devotion and love for the Boston Red Sox, highlight of his life was when the Red Sox won the World Series October, 2004! Brendan enjoyed creating computer graphics, reading Harry Potter over and over, watching Breaking Bad, Band of Brothers, Star Wars and Saving Private Ryan but his all-time favorite movie was Ferris Bueller’s Day off which helped get him through his countless hospital stays.
Private family services were held on August 24, 2022 at Found & Sons Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held in Massachusetts with close family and friends in the coming months.
