Bradley MacArthur Goodnough's Obituary
Bradley MacArthur Goodnough, 81, of Culpeper, passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at his residence. He was born July 31, 1944, to the late Charles Hugh Goodnough and Annie Ruvena Goodnough in Toms Creek, VA.
Bradley found great joy in life’s simple pleasures, especially spending time on the golf course or casting a line in the water, where he felt most at peace. Whether surrounded by friends or enjoying the quiet of nature, those moments brought him true happiness. He dedicated 32 years of his career to Westfield Realty, where his strong work ethic, reliability, and friendly nature earned him the respect of colleagues and clients alike. He took pride in his work and the many relationships he built over the years, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Bradley is survived by his wife of 62 years, Brenda Perry Goodnough; son, Kevin Goodnough (Tracey); four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; one sister, Julia Ann Davis; nephew Butch Goodnough; and a host of other nieces and nephews, family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Bradley was preceded in death by his six brothers, and two sisters.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bradley’s name to the Hospice of the Piedmont, 675 Peter Jefferson Parkway, Suite 300, Charlottesville, VA, 22911.
