Bradley Elkins, 77, of Caroline County, passed away Friday, April 28, 2023 at Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center.
A funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. The family will receive friends one hour prior in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow the service in Confederate Cemetery, 1100 Washington Avenue, Fredericksburg, VA.
