Bonnie Jean Tuel's Obituary
Bonnie Jean Tuel, 73, of Culpeper died Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at Fauquier Hospital. She was born on January 31, 1934 in Leonard, West Virginia, to the late George Stacy, and Opal Christian Stacy.
Mrs. Tuel was a member of Culpeper Assembly of God. She enjoyed sewing and cooking for her family. She was a loving mother and devoted grandmother.
She is survived by her four children, Gregory Brown, and his wife, Connie of Speedwell, TN, Richard Tuel and his wife, Jeanette of Culpeper, Stephen Tuel, and his wife, Lisa of Reva, VA, and Karen Mildon, and her husband Bill of Westerly, RI.
Additional survivors included her siblings, Mary Keys of Culpeper, Donald Stacy of Ewing, VA, Rodney Stacy of Droop Mountain, West VA, Ruth Osbourn of Culpeper, and Linda Stacy of Culpeper, ten grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie L. Tuel.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 1, 2007 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 2, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Rev. Joel Cress officiating.
Interment will follow in Culpeper National Cemetery (Old Section).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Tuel’s name to Hospice of the Rapidan, 1200 Sunset Lane, Suite 2320, Culpeper, VA 22701 and/or the Kidney Foundation 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016.
