Bobby Lee Carter II's Obituary
Bobby Lee Carter, II “BC/Spoon/Jr”, 38 of Culpeper, VA was called home January 14, 2021 from Novant Health Systems UVA Culpeper Hospital. He was the first baby born in Culpeper on January 1, 1983 to Bobby Carter, Sr., and Jeanette Lindsey. Bobby was raised and loved by Robert and Pearl Jackson of Culpeper.
Bobby loved his family and truly enjoyed spending time with them. He was a true die hard Dallas Cowboy fan.
In addition to Bobby, Sr., Jeanette, and his Mom and Dad, Bobby is survived by his wife Jennifer Foreback and their three daughters; Destiny Carter, Aryana Carter, and Gabrielle Carter, five sisters; Michelle Lindsey, Rochelle Yates, Nickey Carter and her husband PJ, Katherine Jackson, Taleaha Jackson, and one brother Donovan Hall. Bobby is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
Bobby is preceded in death by a niece, Quinchelle Butler.
