I am so sorry about losing Aunty Betty. I wish I would have known earlier. I remember she always cut my hair when I was little. She is the only person who ever cut my hair that could relax me so much I wanted to fall asleep. She was such a gentle, soft spoken person with a quick humor and a wonderful laugh. I am so sorry I didn't keep in touch.

I was so sorry to hear of Aunt Betty's passing. She was the step/sister of my Dad and one of nine siblings. I have childhood memories of seeing her and Uncle Frank, their children, Frankie, Mike, David, Lori and Brad on weekends at Nanny's and Granddaddy's. Sometimes we would visit her at her house on Saturdays where she could be frequently found giving haircuts to many of the men in the family. She and Frank sufferred many tribulations during their lifetime, yet she remained a kind and fun loving lady throughout, even with the loss of three of her children before their time. Hopefully the good times and memories will sustain Lori and Brad and all of the family .

I may not have known Betty, but I know she must have been a wonderful person to have raised such a gentleman as she did with Brad. He always spoke so well of his mom and took such good care of her, I know she will be missed. My heart goes out to you Brad and Lorne and the rest of your family and circle of friends who are hurting right now.

Lori, I was so sad to see that your mom had passed. I will miss her and I will keep you and her in my prayers. She will certainly be missed from all of us that took care of her on 4 south.
