Betty Jo Almarode Dyer
Betty Jo Almarode Dyer, 85, of Rixeyville, VA died Saturday, May 16, 2015 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. She was born July 6, 1929 in Harrisonburg, VA to the late Robert and Madeline Wenger Almarode.
She is survived by her husband, James Dyer; one daughter, Margaret Dyer and her husband, Timothy Boren of Rixeyville, VA; son-in-law, Jeff Avery; three grandchildren, Dana and Scot Farquharson and Randy Dyer; and one great granddaughter, Chloe Dyer.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Barbara Dyer Avery; and one grandson, Brandon Ferris.
Services will be private.
