Betty Nicholson Clark's Obituary
Betty Nicholson Clark, 89, of Culpeper passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Hidden Springs Senior Living in Bentonville, VA. She was born November 2, 1928 in Page County to the late Hilton and Ida Sisk Nicholson.
She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved to garden and tend to her flowers.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Linda Clark Henshaw of Orange, VA; her grandchildren, Dinah Licht (David) of St. Joseph, IL, Robert Clark (Joanna) of Reva, VA, Jason Henshaw of Reva, Matthew Clark of Arlington, VA, Jesse Henshaw (Melody) of Reva, VA, Brandon Clark of Front Royal, VA, and Amanda Estep (James) of Woodbridge, VA; great grandchildren, Katherine, Charlotte, and William Clark of Reva, VA; and her brother, Milton “Smokey” Nicholson (Marie) of Culpeper, VA.
In addition to her parents and her husband, William “Billy” Clark, she was preceded in death by her sons, Ronald Clark of Front Royal and Melvin Clark of Culpeper, VA.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Pastor Gary Nicholson officiating.
Interment will follow in Culpeper National Cemetery.
